Inside the Immortal Gazette – The Aries Revelation

Inside the Immortal Gazette – The Aries Revelation

The Immortal Gazette newsroom hummed with activity—enchanted quills scribbling at impossible speeds, floating parchments darting from desk to desk, and voices overlapping in rapid discussion. Candles flickered, sending waves of ink-scented air through the chamber, while the great enchanted press in the corner groaned as it stamped out another front-page masterpiece.

At the heart of it all, Alice, Loki, and Rumple sat around the long, dark conference table, where half-written headlines and scrolls were strewn about. The latest Celestial Signs & Supernatural Forces column was due, and—naturally—it had sparked another heated newsroom debate.

Alice slammed a parchment onto the table. "Alright, tell me this isn’t a joke. Sonia and Seraphina—both Aries? Who let them have that much firepower?"

Loki snorted, flipping through a stack of drafts. "You’re acting surprised. Have you met them? The Queen of Shadows and Flames and her twin sister, the legendary Seraphina Nightshade, DayWalkers with a taste for the impossible? Of course they’re Aries."

Rumple, lounging with his boots propped up on the table (much to the irritation of the floating cleaning charms), smirked. "That’s not news. What is news is figuring out how to write this without making it sound like a warning to the entire supernatural world."

Alice arched a brow. "You mean it isn’t?"

Loki chuckled. "Come on, we are the Gazette. We don’t do fearmongering—we do storytelling."

"Right," Rumple drawled. "So how do we describe them? Sonia—commands a room without trying, radiates pure confidence, never second-guesses herself." He ticked off each point on his fingers. "Seraphina—just as dangerous, just as quick-witted, but with a little more patience to let the chaos unfold before setting it on fire."

Alice tapped her quill against her lips. "Basically, the embodiment of Aries—but with actual fire power to back it up."

Loki smirked.

Alice leaned forward, adjusting the headline on the parchment. ‘The Aries Revelation: Sonia Bloodthorn & Seraphina Nightshade – Fire Incarnate.’ She nodded in satisfaction. "Alright, so we don’t sugarcoat it. We own the fact that the rulers of  the world of 4EverMore are as bold as they are unstoppable."

Rumple lifted his glass in mock toast. "To the fire queens of our immortal realm. May their reign be long, fiery, and as chaotic as ever."

Loki clinked his glass against Rumple’s. "And may we never find ourselves on the wrong side of their flames."

The enchanted quills took note, the scrolls sealed themselves for publication, and just like that—another issue of the Immortal Gazette was ready to shake up the supernatural world.

The Gazette Knows All – Because We Write It

As the newsroom settled back into its usual hum of supernatural journalism, Alice glanced at another floating parchment and smirked.

"You know what’s even funnier?" she mused, tossing it onto the table.

Loki picked it up, scanned it, and let out a low chuckle. "Oh, this, I forgot about this."

Rumple raised a brow. "What now?"

Alice grinned. "Sonia and Seraphina own the Gazette. We’re out here writing about them like investigative reporters, but they literally run this entire operation and we are over here talking like we dont even remeber that - all wrapped up in our own chaos and storytelling madness."

Rumple groaned, rubbing his temples. "Of course they do."

Loki smirked. "So what you’re saying is... we’re writing about the Aries rulers of 4EverMore while working for them, is this a test?"

Alice leaned back, twirling her quill. "Pretty much. And you better believe they read every single word before it goes to print."

Rumple scoffed. "So, we’re basically writing a story that could get us all fired or make Seraphina really mad and burn down this entire operation and this cool gig we have going on! I like this job so you better be nice Alice! "

Loki clapped a hand to his chest in mock sincerity. "Yeah, Alice."

Alice, sipping her tea, fully aware that she’s not changing a single word: "Oh, don’t worry, Rumple. If you lose your job, I’m sure you can find work as a trickster’s understudy. Oh wait…"

Loki, barely hiding his smirk: "Yeah, Rumple, I'm sure I could find something for you… maybe a personal assistant?"

Rumple: "I will burn this entire newsroom down before I work for you."

Alice raised her teacup. "To the Gazette—where we craft legends, shape history, and make sure Sonia and Seraphina’s fire burns forever on the front page in a nice way that doesn't burn down this entire place."

Loki lifted his glass. "And may we survive another deadline."

Rumple muttered, "Barely."

And with that, the Immortal Gazette continued as it always had - writing the stories that shaped 4EverMore, with its most powerful figures at the helm.
